Gentle Yoga Flow

In these classes we notice the lines of energy that already exist within our own bodies. 

We explore a gentle, alignment based practice from the inside out, feeling the life energy within us blossoming.

We observe points of connection with the earth.

Noticing each point of connection as a relationship instead of just a landing spot gives us the opportunity to receive from this connection and be nourished.
 

Class is thoughtfully sequenced to support you in easing into lengthening and opening, experiencing yourself through the poses fully and safely. The yoga is practical and is geared toward addressing modern issues like releasing neck pain from computer usage and neutralizing the stress of a hectically paced day.

Savasana, the final relaxation always ends in delicious vibrations of a 432hz crystal singing bowl and Laura’s soothing singing.


Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga offers healing for the body and the mind. Suitable for students of all levels, it is one of the best antidotes to stress, anxiety, fatigue, depression, injury, and the general fast pace of life. This practice, often utilizing props in supported poses, activates the body’s parasympathetic nervous system, inviting deep relaxation.


A regular practice of restorative yoga strengthens the immune system and reverses the effects of chronic stress. Restorative yoga is one of the primary practices used to restore calm and harmony to our lives.
