Within two minutes, we can provide ourselves the nurturing containment that helps us relax and feel renewed.

The practice: The earth is containing my underside body, and feeling held by the earth, my breath naturally deepens. Resting my hands on my hip and leg, my upper side body feels lovingly contained, and my breath continues to deepen.
