This practice reminds us how we are always in a living conversation with everything around us:
What we touch: The cool, damp blades of morning grass pressing beneath your bare feet.
What we hear: The delicate chirp of a hummingbird hovering nearby.
What we see: The vibrance of the deep blue of ocean waves steadily rolling in and pulling back.
By noticing the relationships we are already a part of, our senses open. We naturally become available to the aliveness of the present moment.
This deep noticing also builds the clarity to acknowledge any "conversations" we are a part of that are no longer healthy for us, opening the door for a gentle, intentional shift.
Group Sessions: The Beach Circle
Offered on the beach in small groups, these sessions invite you to breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself, nature, and a supportive community. Rather than pushing or striving, the emphasis is on awareness, pacing, and listening to the body.
GENTLE YOGA FLOW
A practice focused on alignment and sensation rather than shape or performance. We thoughtfully release tension patterns in the neck, shoulders, and spine while encouraging a felt sense of support from the ground. If you choose, nurturing hands-on adjustments are offered to help your breath deepen and gently guide your body toward its correct alignment. Classes close with rest, bathed in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, soothing song, and the natural rhythm of the ocean waves.
SOUND AND INTEGRATION
Crystal singing bowls and gentle vocal toning are woven into our beach sessions to help us remember that we are vibration.
