THE VISION & THE facilitator
My interest is in creating conditions for you experience movement as a natural current rather than an exertion of effort, so you have the energy to engage fully with what you love. I facilitate the practices of breathing, gentle yoga, and receptive movement -- each a way to trade the daily “gripping in the body” for a natural flow state where vitality can quietly return.
For a long time, I moved through the world feeling like I had to perform or look a certain way just to belong. I spent years at odds with my own body, unsure if I could trust it and uncomfortable in a shape that didn't fit the "standard."
My commitment to this work deepened in 2022 after a diagnosis of seronegative Rheumatoid Arthritis. I saw it as a profound invitation to stop the "performing" I mentioned earlier, to stop over-extending to burnout, and to finally start listening. By prioritizing my energy and healing holistically across mind, body, and spirit, I began a journey that continues every single day -- because health is a series of small, intentional choices, not a single destination.
Now in 2026, those daily choices have led to a life where my symptoms have drastically reduced, often disappearing entirely. The programs I offer are more than just curriculum; they are the lived roadmap of my own recovery, and I share them with the hope of guiding others back to their own vitality.
This experience is exactly why I’m so passionate about welcoming people exactly as they are. In my own journey, I’ve found that contentment starts when the body begins to feel like a safe home -- a place where you can find comfort, support, and freedom, regardless of outside circumstances.
Having taught movement for nearly two decades, I’ve seen how stress pulls the body into habitual "bracing" that limits our ease. When we shift from the "mental" effort of doing yoga or dance "correctly" and instead move from a place of responsiveness, we enter a state of flow. It is an honor to facilitate spaces where you can rediscover this inner support, something that isn't created through force, but remembered through soft, intentional presence.
With care,
Laura Singer

flow state
Offered in person as private, partnered, or small group sessions, this experience invites you to notice where you may be bracing or tensing, not from necessity, but from learned hypervigilance. What if there were another way?
Instead of anticipating and preparing for what might happen next, you begin to respond to what is actually happening. Many people find this shift creates a sense of steadiness and ease that feels like a physical sigh of relief.
Private and Virtual Support
If you prefer a more personalized experience, I offer private and virtual sessions that can be tailored to your specific needs and rhythms.
